"This is our second time staying here. The first was many years ago. They have renovated and updated things since we were last here. (At least I think so -- or my memory isn't great about what it looked like. Lol) We enjoyed the hot breakfast. They had sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, a variety of cereals & oatmeal, bread, bagels, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee, etc.
The beds were comfy, a/c worked great, bathroom was a good size. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area."
"Management and staff were friendly and courteous, the room was clean and well equipped (I was so relieved to see an iron and ironing board!) and the breakfast offered protein and carb options so, that plus a good cup of coffee, got me off to a great start. "

"This hotel was fine and very quiet for sleeping. A little outdated, the tv stand on a very low table but worked, the small fridge didn’t stay very cool without hitting the cool 2-hr button, but it worked enough since we only kept a few drinks in it. The small coffee pot would heat the water but would never drip even in the pod tray or pot…we did notify the front desk. The water pressure in the bathroom was great and clean. Was close to the Opry Mills for shopping. The pool was nice and cool, but the poolroom was super hot.
The breakfast was nothing special but edible. And parking was included which was a big deal breaker for us. "

Transportation to and from Opry House is needed or if available should be advertised. Having to walk at night , even the relatively short distance from Opry House is Not good and takes away from the convenience."
"The staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean and quiet with a reasonable rate. The bathroom is a bit small, but it was fine for us. The shuttle into Nashville for $15 per person round trip was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future."
"Loved the employees. They were all so friendly. Furniture needs refreshed in the king suite. The kitchen was amazing. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Outside sitting areas were nice and so was the pool. Located right by cracker barrel and opryland hotel. "
