I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!

It was a nice accommodation but had tiny ants in my room and on sheets. I tried to call for too. Service on two occasions for coffee and it rang 50 times then someone picked up and immediately put me on hold for so long that I hung up. Very frustrating. The people and staff were very nice and the shuttle was great to convention center. I don’t know there was a shuttle to airport until too late so that would have been something good to mention at check in. The coffee machine in the room was horrible. I could never get it to work. But it’s a nice property overall with nice enough staff.

I was impressed! And their restaurant was delicious! We stayed last weekend for husband’s birthday. We are very familiar with the area, Music Valley and Gaylord Opry Hotel, which is just across the street. We wanted a nice hotel close enough to walk to and from The Nashville Palace for Line Dancing lessons. That was fun too. You might want to check it out.

The hotel was perfectly located by Opry and enjoyed the restaurant and bar in the hotel, as well as surrounding places to eat. Walking distance to the Gaylord. The pool area and sitting area were nice, but the bar was not open by the pool. The room was a bit dark. It needs more light. It was an interior room, but besides that it was nice just an older hotel, but clean and nice.

We booked this hotel because our children wanted a pool and hot tub for the time of year we were traveling. A lot of hotels in the area only have outdoor pools or none at all. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy to find parking on the property. No fee for parking.
