"The staff were polite and professional upon our arrival. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I don't allow my family to touch anything in a hotel room until I have cleaned and sanitized it...for our protection and for good reason. When we got to the room and I started cleaning I spotted what looked like dried fecal matter on the toilet handle. When I brought it to the attention of the guy at the front desk he asked me if I wanted him to clean it... I told him politely "YES" I should...

"Our room was clean and nice. The facility was lovely and the restaurant on the 1st floor was great! I don’t like that they won’t accept cash but that doesn’t change the experience. Saida at the front desk was awesome! We were told a bus to the Grand Ole Opry was available but it wasn’t and she took it upon herself to get us there without any problems. Her help was truly appreciated! Thank you!"
