Awesome property, clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than the usual hotel fare.

From the moment my party and I entered the doors, we were greeted and treated with the upmost respect. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of hot and cold. Ive stayed in more expensive hotels and this one has been the best all around! I will be returning for sure!

just in for an overnight to see a friend’s band. this Hampton Inn & Suites is a clean, easily accessible location. the staff is always very friendly. it’s close to East Nashville, where i visit; and also near the Opry Mills and downtown areas.

It was nice and the breakfast was good

A nice surprise. I expected a good hotel room but this was even better than expected. We didn't know this part of the city but found the location to be convenient. The hotel had a great look inside and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Great place

The hotel was top-notch. We all slept wonderfully, and the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Location is outside of Nashville, but close to many great restaurants and shopping. I stay in this area 4 or 5 times a year, and I will definitely choose this hotel again.

staff is amazing !!Erica is a very big reason I return a lot !!

We loved it here! We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend while visiting family. The hotel staff was beyond friendly and helpful at check-in, and when we checked out. The hotel felt and smelled VERY clean. Our room was perfect; we had a king suite with a little sectional couch. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom had amazing counter space. The continental breakfast was delicious every morning as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was very clean. In fact I think it has been the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in since Covid pandemic. The bed is comfortable and it was a very pleasant overnight experience.

Pros: This was one of the best Hotels we ever stayed in. The parking was secure and so was the building. A key card was necessary to access the building and the elevators. The staff was excellent. The building, facilities, and lobby were outstanding. Room was perfect. We would definately stay there again. Cons: Every single floor maid/worker we met stated that they did not speak English. My perception was that they were told to say this to avoid the guest. I actually heard some speaking English...

Great price and nice hotel. Was an easy 30 min drive to downtown Nashville.

Great place to stay. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and rooms seemed new, clean, well maintained. Would stay here again.

Beds were so comfortable!

I have stayed at this hotel many times, as my job used to take me to nashville often. I have stayed at this location something long the lines of 5 or 6 times. The hotel is fantastic and staff is great. The Antioch area is getting pretty bad, Im from Chicago which that says something on area condition. I will continue to stay here and i see that the hotel has lot security.. i would say they might need to step up with the people in the lot who are not staying at the hotel. it does not bother me...
