"The hotel was perfect for our family, only complaint is that the staff at the front desk were not very helpful and rude. 2 employees were on their phones sitting behind the desk and neither bothered to even look up as I was standing at the front desk. Even after I politely let them know I was there they barely spoke and just acted miffed I was there. I had to ask all the pertinent questions to know where our room was, elevator, where to park etc. It turned me off to the hotel immediately. Need...

"Everything was perfect! Check In was welcoming and even had cookies in the lobby for guest. Parking was well lit. No concerns with area. Plenty of dining options nearby in walking or driving distance. Close to the Opry. "
