"The staff were polite and professional upon our arrival. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I don't allow my family to touch anything in a hotel room until I have cleaned and sanitized it...for our protection and for good reason. When we got to the room and I started cleaning I spotted what looked like dried fecal matter on the toilet handle. "Staff very courteous, friendly, and efficient. Breakfast well above average - freshly cooked omelette to order, waffles and pancakes. Clean room and bathroom. Fridge and safe in room. Construction in area, so access was a bit more complex. It’s a downtown location, so don’t be an idiot. Some bars and clubs across the street if you want to get a beer and some pub food. "
