"Everything was great, I just needed a hotel to spend the night since I went to a concert in the city and this was a great choice for that. Nothing fancy but has all the essentials, it’s pretty clean and the prices are good."

"Even though there were issue on check in due to a comcast outage in the area, the staff was very helpful and went beyond normal procedures to ensure that we got our room. The room itself very nice and included a balcony that overlooked the stream. It was a great oasis to relax after our day of driving."

"Truly a 5 star experience! It was exactly what we needed for a more than affordable price. We enjoyed the contactless check-in and check-out process. It allowed for us to explore Nashville and go back to our room without having to visit the front desk. Communication via text was top notch and the amenities were very nice. My husband and I enjoyed the pool deck and the game room! Great customer service, 1 block from all the action, modern interior design - all for an affordable price. We will book with Placemakr again!
