"The rooms were very clean and the property was beautiful. My only complaint would be the indoor pool as it definitely needed some updating and deep cleaning."

"Great family friendly place to stay in a good location !"

"Some features including the on-site bar a dining were not available. The biggest issue I had was receiving a phone call on the hotel phone. It was a solicitation call recruiting me for a presentation I presume about a time share."

"We enjoyed the atmosphere they have. The rooms were clean staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. The only thing don’t like is they changed my mango slaw. It is terrible now use to be one thing I look forward to getting when I come there. I been there five times."

"It is a beautiful resort...loved having trolly back and forth to Dollywood. I found the room a bit on smaller side. Only thing they had was a bunk bed room, I took it even tho it was just 2 of us, but with 2 room was small, can't imagine adding kids into the room too. We weren't in our room alot, but it felt small"

"The bed was comfy. The pool area was nice. The bath soap was inadequate. I usually bring my own bar, but forgot and had to use it. It had no suds or clean smell. The seating at the river was very nice and relaxing!"

"The Margaritaville Island Inn is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While the breakfast offerings were not extensive, the food was always fresh and hot. Ample free parking was located at the hotel site. The location is wonderful--just across a bridge from The Island and about a 1/2 mile walk to the Leconte Center. I would recommend booking a room on the Island side. We were on the parkway side and experienced some road noise at times....

"The parking is the worst issue. It is a parking deck under the hotel and the height is barely big enough to drive a truck or SUV under. It is also very narrow, you go in and out the same way and you can't pass a car, one vehicle has to back up to let the other by."

"Great Hyatt we would stay there again!!"

"Awesome experience! My wife and I stayed for our 30th wedding anniversary and now plan to go back every year. Everything was perfect, in true Dolly fashion!"
