The hotel itself is nice enough, especially if you get it at a good price. However, the area around the hotel is a little sketchy. There is a lot of development going on, so in 5 or 6 years the area should improve greatly.

This was a great property if you are looking for something in Midtown or close to Music Row. I was a bit disappointed that there weren't too many options near by like a grocery store, but other wise, very convenient.
