"Had some communication problems with reception but they tried very hard. I noted in my booking that I wanted a non smoking room but they issued me a smoking room, however they were able to reassign me a non smoking room after my discovery. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable, the shower bathroom were great as well, but you could see that the carpet wasn’t as clean. The room was hot due to no in room controlled A/C. "Mostly great! Easy location, nice room, staffs are fine! It is a bit noisy if room is facing the big street. But the most annoying thing is I got waken up several time by the noisy robot room service machine, it talks and make noisy as it going by my room as the room next mine kept ordering thing late in the evening."
