Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). Was the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star hotel in America. Truly a great experience. 5m drive to Westlake."

"The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided a warm service to us during our entire stay. The mattress was really comfortable that if you get out of the bed you won't disturb your partner at all. We loved it! Location is also good that it's within a short taxi ride to major train stations and famous places or interest. Breakfast selection is overwhelmingly huge - we felt that we were spoilt with the choices. We will definitely return next time we are in Hangzhou. "

"Metro at the doorstep, huge mall and night market opposite, short walk from West Lake. Hotel has everything for a comfortable stay. If I were to nitpick, thw hotel doesn't have proper drop-off point and the gym consist of only a threadmill and spin bike."

"Really great experience! Top notch service! Kudos especially to front desk manager Fanny and breakfast buffet host Brett, whom went above and beyond their duties to accommodate our baby! Brett would reserve our table every morning and get our coffees and baby chair ready without us asking. We really appreciate them both. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder. "

"Had some communication problems with reception but they tried very hard. I noted in my booking that I wanted a non smoking room but they issued me a smoking room, however they were able to reassign me a non smoking room after my discovery. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable, the shower bathroom were great as well, but you could see that the carpet wasn’t as clean. The room was hot due to no in room controlled A/C. "It's about 5 - 10 min walk from Subway station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can take airport bus to the airport, need to buy ticket first at a tour agency nearby hotel (ask fo location at the hotel). Wifi is ok. "

"The hotel location is quite close to West Lake (Xihu), near hotel quite a lot of local restaurant, the hotel is quite close to xinhua book store, from Hangzhou East Station quite close with taxi. The hotel staffs are nice but they only speaks mandarin."
