"The hotel’s location was very near to food, amenities and the west lake area. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff, extremely helpful. A small con is that major construction of a new building is taking place directly in front of the hotel which contributed to construction noise."

"Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. "Very helpful staff, especially for the trip with a guide and car to the Lingyin temple and the tea garden experience. They know the perfect path to take not well known but very beautiful and quite"

"Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken. Es war wirklich alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit, und ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Rezeptionsteam. Bei meinen zahlreichen Ausflügen wurde ich immer freundlich, kompetent und mit viel Geduld beraten. "Good location. close most tourists interested places"

"Great location, near west lake, night market and metro. Very grand from the outside, but rooms need major refurbishment. We stayed 2 nights and moved rooms after night one as room smelled badly of cigarettes and damp. Staff very helpful and moved us immediately but, whilst better, it still smelled like smoke (both floors designated non smoking). Furniture dated. Great place if you aren't sensitive to the smell of cigarettes."

"I do not consider this hotel a Shangri-La hotel due to the lack of services like the lobby closing at 10:30 PM for the last call, the room serivce last call is 11 PM, lack of basic things in the lobby like danish pastry, croissant, and etc which is for all the International guests is the basic things you could find in any international hotel. All the best"

"The hotel had no doorman to help us with the luggage when we got off the car. It was dim at night in the lobby, elevator and hallways to guest rooms. The air smelt like light mode in some places. There’s not enough variety for the breakfast."

"كانت اقامه جدا رائعه وموقع الفندق جدا ممتاز والخدمه كذلك"

"另外酒店有接駁車去川沙站，可以轉乘地鐵"

"En desayuno no tenía opciones occidentales, las habitaciones están viejas y mal tenidas, además conecte un artículo del toma corriente y estalló "

"Great place to stay, full of character and food options. Right next door to a beautiful garden. A few bakery's and places to eat around on the streets. A self service laundry also."
