"The staff are awesome! All were very courteous and thoughtful, they helped to push our luggages whenever we bumped into one. Special thanks to Ms Maggie 王淑霞 from room upkeep. I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. When I left my room, she will take the initiative to come up to me to book a time to change dirty cups and provide new bottles of water. So thoughtful! We had a wonderful stay. "

"Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"This hotel has very nice rooms. If just rating on the room it would get a 5 rating for sure. Also, it is right at a race track which was very cool. One issue is that the entrance is hard for taxi driver to find if they have never been there before. Also, the front desk don't seem equiped well for foreigners. The wifi intructions were not in any other language and there was no directions provided about how to get to the breakfast room (which this place was not easy to find at all). This...

"Beautiful resort in every way however the location and time it takes to get there is not pleasant. Make sure you arrange hotel transport to avoid hassle, extra fees and unpleasant ride. "It is a nice hotel. Lacking in customer service however. Also had problem with room comfort level. We left the room with the AC set by the staff, came back and it was the fact same temperature. Someone came in and measured the temperature of the vents and it showed no cool air was coming into the room. Was told that they needed to turn on another machine. "Hotel facility is good. We had the room facing the lake which was amazing. Many green surrounding the complex. We booked e executive room and could access the lounge for happy hour and drink. It was pity that the food collection was rather limited. There was not even peanuts available for the cocktail. Rest was perfect; helpful waiters. "
