"Comfy bed, excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Room was very warm, but there was a fan and opening window. We asked for a room near the lift due to my wifes COPD when booking some weeks ago, but ended up a long way down some corridors which spoilt our visit. "

"Rooms are comfy, beds are big enough for a good nights sleep. The furniture is a little dated although they are going through an upgrade. Service in bar area was slow, there was only 1 working running 2 areas it was ok when quiet but when people started coming in it could have been up to twenty minutes waiting for a drink. Food was ok if needed a quick bite. Staff friendly and happy to help, if I was in area again I would consider staying again "

"Great hotel for the price! For a family visit to West Midlands Safari Park! Only thing that let it down was the room was a bit dusty and the exterior of the hotel needs a bit of maintenance. The WhatsApp bar service was great! Staff very helpful and friendly."
