"Best breakfast and dining room service I have had at a hotel! Fan was provided in the room and the mini fridge was a great bonus. Good shower and very comfortable room.
Parking area is very small and tight for larger cars (I parked in Victoria carpark at a cost of £4 for 24 hours so not a huge problem - although be aware it is a pretty steep hill to get up to the hotel). My only negative is check out is 11am yet I had a knock on the door at 10.40am to ask if I was checking out soon?!"
"Basic room. Although there were patio doors opening onto the car park there were no windows so the room was very hot during our stay. We brought our own fan so were able to manage but would have been very uncomfortable if we hadn’t. Bed was not very comfortable. Electric shower and the plug in the sink got stuck down if used. We arrived at 5pm on Sunday and told no food served after 4pm. Also no breakfast available. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the pub on the second night and food was good....

so that the dog was not left alone in our room. Most dog friendly hotels allow them in the bar and provide some items for them.
The other issue was the heat with no airconditioning and few windows. The room was very small and hot with a sloping ceiling on which we...
"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."
