"Great location, great service, and great breakfast! Downsides are long wait times from 8-10 am for the elevators due to people wanting to get to breakfast. "

"It’s locatex right where all the action is. 5th, 7th Avenue walking distance and penn station literally across the street. Only downside was first hotel I stayed in refrigerator not included with room; separate flat fee. No microwave. "

"The staff was amazing! They were so kind and accommodating. They were able to get us an early room based on our mention of getting there early. They also helped us with transportation to the airport."

"The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Both restaurants were very good. My only complaint is that they only provide 2 vouchers for the breakfast even though there were 4 of us. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"Only problem was the number of vendors directly outside the property - perhaps a Hotel presence on the outside entrance might reduce the overwhelming 'selling' as soon as you leave the hotel?"

"Very conveniently located. The metro is just a minutes walk away. A lot of shopping and food nearby. Being close to everything means the area outside is crowded with people and i didn't like the cigarette and weed smoke. Not that the hotel can do anything about that."
