"We really enjoyed our stay at this cute house which was so conveniently located near our family in Rye. My husband and I stayed here along with our son and daughter-in-law. There was also a tiny 3rd bedroom if we had needed it for our other son. The house was completely renovated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to town! "

"It's the second floor of a spacious home in the charming old village of Mamaroneck. Harbor Island Park is a 20 minute walk away, and dozens of restaurants and charming shops line the avenue on the walk back. The train station into Manhattan is just a ten minute walk. It was perfect for my needs - and spacious enough to accommodate four or more."

"Loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for everyone, great location four minutes from the commuter train, having offstreet parking was a huge blessing! So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip! The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything and well kept!"

"This is a great location and well kept apartment with a lot of attention to details---they provided soap, shampoo, and a lot of other little things that most do not. The communication with the host was great while we were there, but really poor before and after the stay. We needed to alter our travel plans prior to arriving and I had to threaten to cancel the stay to get their attention. Since leaving, I have contacted them about an item we left behind and still have not heard from them. We'll still stay here again in the future, if it is available when we visit, but I encourage them to work on their communication."

"This property worked out perfectly for our family group. We needed a home that could accommodate 14 people across 3 generations comfortably and this property definitely addressed our needs. The home is huge, very well laid out, and well appointed. It was very clean and functional. It had a nice homey feel and wasn't cluttered with the owner's things. Some specifics:• There are a LOT of spacious bedrooms. Most have en-suite bathrooms, which is great.• The main level is well laid out and has lots of space for a large group. •The dining room is perfect for both meals and other activities (we are big into board games and playing cards and the large dining room table was perfect).• Even though it was very cold during our stay, the house stayed a pleasant temperature. It was warm and cozy the entire time and we never needed to adjust the thermostat.• The kitchen was modern, clean, and also very well laid out. The fridge/freezer was large enough for all the food we brought (12 pints of ice cream too!) It was also easy to keep clean between meals. Oh, and the floor in the kitchen is heated (a highlight of the stay)!• The “mud room” / coat room was a great way to keep everyone’s shoes, coats, hats, etc. out of the main spaces.• The location is great. It is close to a variety of grocery stores, a few bagel places, and the Mamaroneck MTA train station.We were very happy with this rental. We were between a few options for this trip, and we feel we made the perfect choice!"

"Duplex unit was clean, as described and perfect for our stay visiting family in Rye. Lots of extra towels and nice welcoming snacks in the kitchen. Super convenient location. Will likely stay there again. "
