"front desk people were very helpful in directing us to site-seeing activities and where to find them and gave us a map of the area manager on duty when we arrived Sun evening helped us to find our room by walking with us down the halls and carrying my husband's duffel bag and pulling his suitcase I thought this went beyond normal responsibility and was very appreciated She was very friendly and talked with us when she saw us again and asked what we were visiting. hotel seemed like a maze to find your room from the front lobby we did much better finding our room when we parked in back of the hotel and went up the elevator for the next 3 days of our stay coffeemaker did not work the first morning - electrical outlet did not work where it was plugged in moved it to a different outlet and it worked water did not drain down the bathtub we reported both of these and a maintenance person was in our room that afternoon and fixed them - prompt repair service we did not buy any meals at the hotel they were very expensive to us breakfast was not included we knew that when we booked the hotel it was a good central location for the sites we wanted to tour and do room was very large and very clean more counter room in the bathroom would have been better"

"Respecto al hotel, el staff al llegar fue sumamente amable y servicial, así como cuando tomábamos el desayuno. Estuvimos por 5 noches, y realmente de manera general, la cama muy cómoda, una habitación bastante amplia, el baño limpio y amplio. Relación precio/calidad, tuvimos algo muy bueno. Ahora bien, algunas sugerencias para hacerlo más cómodo: la mini-refri en la habitación inevitablemente hace ruido, creo que o podría solo no estar, o estar en un mueble que reduzca el sonido, o uno más moderno. También se escucha un poco el sonido de las duchas/lavamanos encendidos de las habitaciones cercanas, no es de muerte, pero se escucha. Al final, estos ruidos no me terminaron molestando demasiado pero porque regresaba sumamente cansado al hotel, sin embargo, alguien de sueño ligero puede sufrirlo un poco. Como generalidades, y esto no tiene nada qué ver con el hotel en sí, ya que el hotel da lo que se espera por el precio, pero si no están acostumbrados al transporte público o barrios con particularidades como el Bronx, a algunos les puede resultar abrumador. Yo caminé por las mañanas, regresé tipo 10/11 pm y no me sentí en peligro, pero sí puede ser intimidante si no es algo que se tiene en mente, y el metro de NY de por sí es interesante, pero las últimas estaciones al llegar al hotel solo es de estar alerta. De nuevo, es parte del área y contexto, pero tomenlo en cuenta según lo que busquen. El hotel muy correcto, el área es la que es, el personal 10 de 10."
