"El personal muy amable tanto en el área de recepción, maleteros, meseros y seguridad. El único inconveniente el aire acondicionado del lado de la sala de nuestra habitación no servía. Esos detalles hay q mejorarlos, como comentario constructivo la luminaria de la playa Artisan fundida creo q deberían de arreglarla junto con focos decorativos de los tipis y en ciertas zonas pintura."

"Todos son muy amables. Nuestra habitación estuvo a dos pasos de la alberca y nos dieron a elegir entre planta baja o planta alta. El desayuno normal pero suficiente. Recomiendo ampliamente. Muchas gracias por hacer grata nuestra estadía."

"Staff were not helpful. The hot water was turned off. We had to ask them to turn off the hot water tank serving the two rooms we had booked. After a week of travelling we had dirty clothes needing to be laundered. The receptionist said the laundry would be ready the afternoon the day after we arrive. But when we returned the next afternoon the laundry had not be sent out. As for amenities and condition of the room. The shower was dirty and did not drain properly. The hotel has...
