"Un buen lugar para llegar de vacaciones abitaciones limpias trato muy amable de todo el personal ya son dos veces que llegó a este hotel y cada que vez que llegue al puerto de Veracruz me siguire ospedando en este hotel"

"The room was spacious and fairly clean, I loved the view to the central garden, it didn’t have microwave, fridge or iron which was needed. I had booked a room for 3 but didn’t realize that I accidentally booked a king suite, so I requested to be moved to a room with 2 beds, and they accommodated without any issues. Upon check out they helped us calling a taxi to the airport. I loved the fact that there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and attractions near by like the malecón and San Juan de Ulua. "

"The rooms are clean but very very outdated and smell like mold like. the room conditions are average. the smoke alarm in the hallway outside of my bedroom beep the whole time I was there. I mentioned to the front desk, but it was not replaced so I can hear it throughout the night. the location is great in the middle of attraction. "
