What a disappointment

It was a pity our stay in this hotel. We had stayed a long time ago and never had an issue here. However, this time the staff was not welcoming, incredibly rude and did not understand a sensitive situation regarding my niece, who is a minor.

Excelente ubicación e instalación, pero la atención en recepción no fue tan cordial como esperaba. Una de las toallas estaba muy gastada y delgada. Considero que por ser un edificio con muchos años, se escucha mucho ruido. La habitación muy bien y el baño muy amplio.

Es un lugar donde tengo mas de 30 años visitandolo, es tranquilo, cerca del mar , cerca del malecon. El Lugar es limpio, lo que no me gusta es que las recepcionistas son poco amables y no sonrien.
