Everything was great about this hotel except the location was too far from the places we were visiting but worth the drive. We will stay in this hotel again and recommend it to our relatives and friends. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We felt very safe in the building. Thank you for a great experience.

Very poor and slow customer service. Upon arrival, there was one customer checking in, we had to wait over 10 minutes to check in even do, there were 5 employees talking to each other in the check in area.

Me gusto en general el hotel, muy cómodo, limpio, el personal muy atento con visión y mucha calidad de servicio.Sugerencias:Colocar señalamiento de entrada al estacionamiento del Hotel.Contratar a algún lavador de autos (Sería otra fuente de empleo), dentro del estacionamiento, y sólo lave los carros por fuera, para evitar alguna situación para el lavador y para al hotel.

No esta ubicado en un lugar turistico, el hotel cumple bastante bien, cuando llegamos al check inn había huespedes tomados en el lobby y fue una mala primera impresion
