"Check in time ends at midnight, because of work issues I was not going to be able to check in on time. I called the hotel and they told me not to worry, that they would have everything ready for me. Upon my arrival there was one person on the front desk ready to process my reservation. Excellent service."

"We had booked a room at this hotel because we had family coming down to meet us in the Palm Springs area we all drive over an hour. My brother and his wife booked a room here aswell so the point was for us to all be together. As we were already in DHS the day of our booking date we received a call 2 hours after arrival time (we were out to dinner) telling us they were over booked and they had no rooms available for us. (They gave away our room) My brother and his wife were unable to get a refund...

"Beautiful property. We had a beautiful golf course view. Big spacious pool. Good food and great drinks! The bathroom door just slides and doesn’t lock so no privacy from little ones, other than that the room was great and plenty big enough. We hope to visit again! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the VBR home Desert Oasis! The house was incredibly clean, well-appointed, and spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The backyard was a true highlight, with a lovely pool that made it feel like a private retreat. Every detail, from the décor to the amenities, was thoughtfully chosen to ensure comfort and convenience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind, and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended...
