The welcome we received from Merry was extensive, from the tour of the hotel lobby, including the candy bar, coffee bar, hot chocolate bar, etc. to the 24. hour pool, jacuzzi, to our beautiful suite. She turned on our ambient fireplace, showed us around our amazing room. What an amazing hostess! Ask for her! "
