"Property is a little old, but well maintained. Some much to explore within the hotel. Some call it Hearst Castle met Winchester Mystery House. I think that's a very appropriate description. Had an excellent time here. Will be back. Highly recommended."

"We have been coming to Palm Mountain Resort & Spas few times a year for the past 6 years! We only stay here when we are in Palm Springs it is conveniently located in the heart of the upscale downtown area next to great shops and everything you can imagine to eat! This is a multicultural diverse age groups family friendly (and dog friendly) resort ❤️ LGBTQ all are welcome here 🌈🏳️‍⚧️✌️June at the front desk is pleasant and professional she was very helpful to many of the folks checking in including us and handled difficult customers with dignity and tact. Don’t forget to say hi to Max the resort’s adorable mascot and get a massage in their beautiful spa!! As owners of a wellness center this is the place that my husband and I come to unwind. We have always enjoyed coming to the Palm Mountain Resort & Spa we hope to afford to continue coming for many years ahead while we can. "

"The property was very nice and the staff was super nice. The room was very clean and linens even smelled clean and fresh. The bathroom was excellent and clean and had plenty of towels. The room had a great hair dryer that dried my hair very quickly. Overall, my friends and family had a great experience for the one night we were there. "
