"We’ve stayed here before. We got to the hotel this time at 6 pm and our room still wasn’t ready, which is a first (that late in the evening), after staying in hundreds of hotels. So we changed into swimwear in our car, and went to the pool with our luggage. There was not ONE SINGLE CLEAN TOWEL. Not one. So we’re getting out of the water, freezing because there’s no way to dry off. That was also a first, for a hotel. We finally got access to our room at 7:30 pm, which is ridiculous. Our balcony was overlooking literally a giant air conditioning unit. Even my kids mentioned it was the worst view they’d ever seen. The kids had fun at the pool. There were other very nice guests we chatted with. But not having our room ready at 6 pm(!!) and no towels at all at the pool, make me think this place is horrible understaffed. We have three young kids so we tried to get late checkout, and we were told it “doesn’t exist”. Horrible. Omni nearby is 100x better. "

"This place is a bit dated and needs some updates but the accommodations were large, everything was very clean and the staff are very nice. Units have everything you need and were comfortable. I would stay again. Pro tip: if you go, eat at Manhattan in the Desert restaurant that is located next door."
