"Love the breakfast options. I dislike that we have to pay for parking. Staff is friendly. Room bathroom was not as clean as would like. Can see the mildew in the toilet bowl. "

"The highlight for us was the fabulous back patio and pool. It felt private and protected. Home was exactly as described and felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was outlined in the "house binder" made life simple. Hopefully we will be back! Host was attentive and responsive."

"It's pretty much as described. Spotlessly clean. Everything works as it should. The hosts are responsive and helpful when asked, but otherwise we didn't even know they were around. Easy access to everything we wanted to see/do. Pool is maintained perfectly. Plenty of on-street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Hummingbirds are frequent visitors to the patio. Very few early or late flights at the PSP airport, so noise wasn't a problem. Disappointed that it was too hot (95+) to ride the bikes to town. Maybe it will be cooler next time!"

"Home was absolutely lovely and well-appointed. Backyard is beautiful. Interior is quite lovely and oh-so-cool. Primary bedroom bathroom is gorgeous. There are a few small details, however, that did not meet our expectations for the price. While the home was well stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen, there was not a single box of tissues in the entire house. The Palm Springs wind was insane the three days we stayed in the home so we all three needed tissues for noses and eyes. We instead had to use the toilet tissue which was not of great quality (perhaps this is because the home has a septic system so the toilet paper must be a certain kind - the thin kind that falls apart?). We finally just went and bought our own tissues but providing guests with a couple boxes of tissues would be lovely. Quality of bath towels in bathrooms was less than stellar - worn and small and thin. It is not that hard to find higher quality, larger, fluffy bath towels at a reasonable price. I always prefer to stay in a home versus a hotel when traveling but I also expect the same high quality products in a rental home as in a hotel (such as higher quality towels and toilet paper). So, overall, a great stay - the above comments are obviously minor issues in the grand scheme of things but also should be taken into consideration given the plethora of home-rental choices. Every detail makes a difference."
