Room had some damage/heavy scuffing on one wall, not typical of the rest of the hotel. Room price was supposed to be "all in" without extras, but a resort fee was added at the end. "The room faced a busy street, and they called it an “upgrade” with a balcony but there’s no way I’d ever sit out there with constant traffic flying by. I stayed at the Thompson Hotel Cabo San Lucas before and it was incredible, so I expected a similar vibe… not even close. The staff was just okay nothing special, not very accommodating, and not particularly friendly. Overall, it felt like a letdown. It’s convenient for downtown, but definitely not the vibe. I wouldn’t stay here again."
