"Missed out on the 5 stars as there was water outage on check out day. Otherwise there is some construction going on but all to create an even better zen of a resort. The main pools open until 2am which is a lovely touch for a moonlight swim. Would go back. "

"I received my confirmation Tuesday before our check in Saturday... the place was being painted and closed BECAUSE the property had been sold! NO NOTIFICATION to us and it took a little over an hour to find another property comparable. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of communication "

"Friendly & helpful staff. Room is beautiful & clean. Very close to shopping so was convenient. Also close to La Sierra university where my daughter is going to school. No transients hanging around which made it feel safe. I didn’t like the thumping sounds above my room but it wasn’t often. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is our second year staying at basecamp, It’s a fun camping experience but there is room to improve. I will say last year was a lot nicer! The bathrooms and showers werent cleaned out as much as they should of been. "

"If you book online, it doesn’t pop up on the computer. They tell you to wait one to four hours to give you a room, balcony homeless people jump through the balcony and get into the room. there is not a security on property no hot water after 11 PM"
