Hotel with a Concierge in Riverside County from SAR104

"Lovely lobby, very friendly staff, large room, and great pool were all appreciated. Unfortunately, we will not return because the restaurant food was lousy... we tried three meals, each of which looked good and tasted terrible. It was brutally hot outside and we had counted on being able to eat in the hotel, but we finally accepted that we could not. Luckily, there are many good restaurants nearby... but parking is challenging...and walking in 100 degrees is not fun...."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The property is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and very helpful. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and water slides. I relaxed more with 3 dedicated lifeguards on duty. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Loved our stay. Room was very spacious with outdoor patio that led right to the smaller pool. Nice bar and good restaurant. Main pool was big with plenty of chairs to lounge on. Highly recommend this resort. "

"We were very disappointed in the pool areas. There were so many children we couldn’t enjoy the cool water. People were bringing in pets. I feel more staff needed at pool areas for control."
