"It has changed quite a bit over the past two years. The food was terrible unfortunately"

"We had an amazing stay! We really enjoyed the convenience of having everything you need right at the resort. Plenty to see and do. Clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back."

"Great staff! Bar and restaurant are worth it"

"Our stay was very disappointing. On the first night, the sheets smelled strongly of sweat and dampness. We called for help, but no one answered the phone, and the sheets were not changed that night. We ended up sleeping without sheets even though it was very cold. A staff member came to change them the next morning, but the replacement sheets also smelled terribly of sweat. "Clean room, nice atmosphere and great customer service. Yara makes the best Piña Colada drinks. Can’t wait to go back!"

"The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided a great first impression; however, our stay went downhill rapidly from there. "The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful from check in to dinner recommendations, restaurant staff and airport transportation assistance."

"This property has amazing customer services. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. They have an indoor and outdoor bar, and they offer guest credits daily during the stay. The only issue is that this is a pet friendly hotel and some areas had a slight pet smell. Not a dirty or unclean smell, just a pet smell, but not loud and profound. I would pick it again though."

"The staff was amazing and so helpful. It’s a short walk to get to stores and other restaurants. Second time there and will continue to come back."
