"This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. "We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of 16. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the layout of the four private units—three suites downstairs and one large unit upstairs—worked perfectly for our group. The private pool was clean, with a nice shallow end for toddlers, and the property’s location right on the beach made it feel like our own private paradise.We loved the gorgeous ocean and mountain views, the abundance of pool and beach toys, and the convenience of having two washers and dryers onsite (though they are coin-operated). There were plenty of towels, secure parking, and even a tasty restaurant right across the street.A couple of things to note: there is a photo of a hot tub on the roof, but there isn’t actually one there. The hot tub by the pool is just a couple of degrees warmer than the pool itself. Also, more dishes would be helpful, and there were a few minor maintenance issues during our stay (one possibly due to a nearby earthquake), but Javier responded quickly via text and had repairs taken care of promptly. Street noise can also be noticeable at times.Overall, this is a fantastic property for a large family gathering, and we’d happily stay here again!"
