"Excellent Place, Location, Staff. Perfect Dining !!"

"The property is not being well maintained. It is old and falling apart. Our room did not have a mirror. The sink was falling down and there is no hot water. But I think the hot water thing is the country so I don't want to go there. There's cats everywhere and there's trash and all of the gardens are not maintained at all and you're in a tropical area that is terrible. This place was the ultimate getaway for Puerto Rico at one time. Somebody needs to step up and bring it back. The staff running...

"Excelente desayuno, limpieza. Lo único que deberían modernizar ese cuarto familiar. Pero en general excelente por el precio que se paga."

"Piso susio hotel abandonado"

"First I rented an ocean veiw room and it wasn't. The check in code was wrong. Room had many spider webs. Mattress was stained. Pool was dirty. Pool area was barely lighted. Door barely closed to room."

"Bien bonita vista a La playa desde el balcón."

"El desayuno a la habitación fue un detalle muy notorio, el ambiente muy lleno de paz y tranquilidad. El respeto del personal a los huéspedes y el trato muy excelente. La variedad de actividades y lugares para estar, muy excelente 👌 Altamente recomendado para disfrutar en pareja"

"Great location, clean room and affordable price."

"Me encanto el servicio pero los alrededores tenían la grama sin cortar y no había agua caliente."

"Views are beautiful, great restaurant on hotel premises."

"No tengo opinión"

"The building is still under “ construction “ since 2021-2022!"

"Amazing! The service, the food, the room... everything. We were received with kindness and attention to every need could've possibly had. The owners were really sweet! About the rooms: we still think about the bed. It was so incredibly comfortable. Lovely view and the pool we had all to ourselves. Please don't miss the chance to book your stay here! You won't regret it."

"Ok first things first, there is no breakfast involved with this bed and breakfast. I had seen pics and reviews online mentioning breakfast but that must have been when they first opened. And there is no staff on the premises although I was able to reach the staff by sending messages through the Expedia app. I booked the Pink room for myself and my father and there are two large beds and an en suite, perfect for us. The AC was kicking in our room which was great cause we were here during August...
