"Amazing staff and great location! Only issue was the curtains in room would open or closed on their own without touching the remote. Getting to the room at first was difficult due to so many different doors and hallways you had to take after check-in. Love the creepiness of the hotel though felt like I was on an episode of AHS! Overall good stay! "

"Close to metro. Excellent breakfast buffet! Lots of selection! Had an issue with shower draining slowly and one of the 2 shower heads wasn't working because of a missing button on controls. All was fixed by the time we returned after being out for the day. Only thing that was odd was that there were not wash/face cloths provided. I haven’t ever stayed at a hotel that didn’t supply them. Sky was awesome! Views and drinks were great. Beautiful terrace! Would stay there again."

"No air-conditioning and hot weather made the heat in the apartment unbearable. It fluctuated between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius according to the thermostat (even with two fans running), but it felt hotter. The room was dusty and could have been cleaner.
