"Staff are very helpful, hotel was very nice Would recommend"

"El hotel está muy céntrico, a dos cuadras de la estación central de tren así que es muy fácil trasladarse , los colchones muy agusto , el baño súper limpio y la vista que nos tocó excelente , lo único malo es q solo había 2 canales en la tele"

"Great hotel. There was an event every night. The decor was really welcoming."

"Ottimo hotel."

"The Ruby Emma Hotel room was large with a large walk in shower and clean and had a fridge but no coffee kettle or coffee maker. The location was not good for me as you needed to take a tram into the main part of Amsterdam each day which took 15 min and the cost of a bus ticket each way.Lucky for me I just missed the transit strike when I arrived or that would have been a further problem for me. Breakfast cost $ 24. euro with limited choices of hot food I only had it once in my four nights. As I...

"Clean room, helpful staff— my only complaint is how hot the room was and a broken shower that only sprayed out extremely hot or cold water. Not the staffs fault tho because I didn’t say anything. Other than that it’s a great distance from the city and in an amazing location."

"El hotel súper buena ubicación, muy amables, muy limpia Mayra es un amor yo me volvería aquedar mil veces en este hotel cerca de todo, me encantó."

"Complimentary airport shuttle is a definite sway."

"The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast food was good although we found the snack options very expensive! The bar was clean and most of the staff were lovely."

"The hotel is a two stop tram ride from central station. It was nice to have a nice hotel just outside the hustle and bustle. The hotel did not have air conditioning which created a few warm nights sleep. Dyson fans were provided but the one duvet did not leave opportunity to remove some blankets. You either slept with the blanket on or completely off. Also water refill stations on each floor would have been helpful. Having to go down to check in each time you wanted to fill your bottle...

"The staff at The Monet Garden Hotel was fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful! I have never experienced a staff that was more professional and helpful than these people. They were patient with questions and made great suggestions for how to get around and places to see. The entire staff was exceptional and they all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend staying here when in Amsterdam."

"Excellent location next to dam and Centraal station. However, very small rooms and a passive staff. No one in front desk really smiled or looked willing to help or support customers in any perceptible way."

"Jakarta is one of the best hotels I have visited recently. Reception at the front desk was very professional and impeccable. Naomi did a great service of taking my luggage upstairs and room was even ready before check in time. Food at the restaurant was good too. The rooms were clean and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
