"BASIC APARTMENT IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN. NOT A PLACE TO STAY IF YOU'RE A LIGHT SLEEPER, OR HAVE DIFFICULTIES WITH VERY STEEP STAIRS......"

The rungs were round so it hurt my feet, if it was flat it would be much better. It's much better to get the bottom bunk. There's no door so you can hear when people are talking very loudly. It's not separated males vs female, so as I got up to use the washroom at night, some guy was just walking...

"Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great canal view. Bed was really very nice. That's the good, the not so good... This started around 10am and went on for most of the day. Would have been good to have been given heads up. ."

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. My wife has celiac disease, and the hotel was able to accommodate her dietary needs without...
