The staff we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. They stored our luggage then let us know there was a room ready very early. We had a very comfortable stay. Only downside is location. It’s north of train station, not many things around the area but for us it was quiet and perfect.

The location was a 30 minute walk from central station. With a location on the waterfront there was always boats going by. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were quite a few restaurants across the main street from the newer development.

Beautiful hotel and the best part about it were the Staff. Amazing staff who go above and beyond to make one’s stay memorable. Shout out to the staff at the dinner restaurant who are so amazing and even made drinks not on the menu. Hotel is close to eveything and a short uber ride to the center. I’m glad I stayed here as it’s less crowded and peaceful. The rooms are amazing and the shower is real good. And Lastly the breakfast is really really good. Will def stay again.

We loved our stay at the July & Boat Co. Our room was beautifully decorated & spacious with a comfortable King Size Bed. We loved having a kitchenette & sitting area as well. Wonderful place to come back to & relax after spending time in the city or touring during the day. Great staff, delicious breakfast & beautiful lobby and restaurant. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the patio for a drink or food with a great view of the water. Would definitely stay again when we return to Amsterdam.

Ample and convenient rooms. We, a family of 2 adults and 2 year old twin girls. Although the location is not nearby Amsterdam’s main attractions, it was perfect for us as it was super quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and staff really attentive. I will undoubtedly reserve at July the Boat again if I go back to Amsterdam.

When it came to the room, the room was pretty clean. Plenty of dust bunnies were found under the bed and sofa. Staff was excellent. Took care of all my needs and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. Restaurant was very comfortable and staff was responsive. Area was great and easy to go everywhere by walking or public trans. Parks are near by as were groceries and pharmacies. Also, room was well equipped and had excellent equipment. Would recommend for any family looking for a kitchen and separate rooms

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. Our room was appointed with a king sized bed, a large bathroom, small kitchen with a cozy dining area and family area. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were wonderful. There was a great brunch included with our room. It is a 35 minute walk to the city Center but they have bicycle’s available with locks. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat..

Staff was super helpful & made it easy communication thru WhatsApp. Washer & Dryer easy to use & accessible. Restaurant was great. 10/10 for me. Look forward to stay there again. I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The color scheme of the apartment was lovely, and the great view helped me relax. The location felt like a newly developed town slightly outside the city center. The neighborhood was beautiful and very safe. However, since I was here for business, relying solely on the bus from the nearest station was a bit inconvenient as it often required transfers. I also noticed that the room temperature was difficult to adjust, making the nights quite cold. Aside from those points, it was a very comfortable stay overall.
