"Stunningly beautiful & clean resort with lots of dining/bar options. Food was phenomenal and drinks were plentiful. Our room was great, with lots of space and nice views, although they weren't consistent with replenishing the snacks/bar fridge (some things got replaced and others didn't, varied day-to-day). Resort was big enough to not feel like you were on top of people but small enough that everything was easy to get to. Shows/entertainment were well done and staff were pleasant and helpful. Being a part of the Excellence Club was a nice perk for the extra use of certain areas & the spa hydrotherapy. Highly recommend this resort!"

"The staff was unbelievably kind and did anything and everything to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Food was incredible and the laid back / quiet atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Our only feedback was the live music in the evenings was a bit loud at our room since we were housed in the main building (where the check-in desk is). But, music was always done by 10pm which was before we were ever trying to go to bed. Loved our stay!"

"We initially booked our trip at mousai Cancun. The hotel wasn’t ready so they put us in Garza Blanca( their sister hotel). We were upset at right but they hotel staff took exceptional care of us. Everything was perfect, food was amazing, and the service was unbelievably amazing! I would definitely recommend both of these properties to everyone! "

"They up keep of the property and the fact that I knew my family was safe while we stayed there. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the sliding glass door doesn’t close period it has a lock but the latch is broken "
