The resort was beautiful! Food was wonderful. You were able to hear a lot through the room walls, and our neighbors woke us up from partying early in the morning, but overall this place is 5 stars!

The food at every restaurant including the Cafe was incredible, by far the best food at any all inclusive I've stayed at Staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pools and beach were great. Only knock was mini bar replenishment, arrived Thursday and had a few beverages out of it and after multiple requests it was finally replenished Saturday.

We just returned from a wonderful stay. The service at the pool and the beach was amazing! A breakfast buffet at Mercado 19 like I've never seen! The room was great too. The only complaint, if you can call it that, was with the ocean view. Although we paid for the ocean view, it was more of golf course view with an ocean glimpse! That being said, we can't wait to return!!

Resort was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was amazing! Food was the best we've had an any all-inclusive. The beach had soft sand and amazing waves. The only con was the chair set up on the non-Inspira beach. They need more palapas! The two rows of front row chairs are way too close for comfort with other guests, and were never full. It would be be better to get rid of those there and add palapas!

My girlfriend and I just got back from and needless to say it was the best all-inclusive resort I have stayed at. What stuck out to me the most was how efficient the staff was especially by the pool. One of the workers literally brought two loungers from the other side of the pool and gave us his personal umbrella because the pool was crowded, and asked us where we wanted it. Also all of the staff carry a great attitude. One of the staff members said he valued a great customer experience over a tip when I told him I didn’t have cash. Overall, me and my girlfriend always felt prioritized and attended. Combined with the awesome amenities I give a solid 10/10.
