"Great reception staff"

"Property grounds were really nice, beautiful views all over. Loved the pool area near registration, with food options and live music. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only downside was the odor in our room, couldn't put my finger on what it was, but it definitely made our time in the room less enjoyable."

"The best experience we had was the hospitality of the staff we didn’t get to use the cabana we were offered however the staff did let us know when we come back we can have the cabana on them amazing service ❣️"

"Lively hotel with very nice rooms and beautiful pool. The on-site restaurant is really really helpful with a ton of food options and I like the soda deal. "The heat in the room wasn't warm enough."

"Very good condition, accessible lovely team"

"We had a great time at the Sunny! It was very clean and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed getting to choose between the beach or the pool everyday. "Our room had roaches, communal bathrooms were disgusting. Pool event host intentionally ignored my child when she wanted to participate in the events. She asked several times to participate and was given instructions in order to participate and he still ignored her. This was my child’s bday trip and she cried herself to sleep devastated that she was overlooked."

"Great choice!"
