"Our room was excellent jacuzzi room river view 5 th floor we have very good view of falls and nightly fire works. We were there five days only had enough towels for one had to go every day to get some. Ran out of toilet paper had to wait to 530pm before we go more. No daily room service. Coffee only in main lobby but easy access and good quality. Would go back but would bring personal items like soap and shampoo etc. "

"We enjoyed our two night stay. We were moved to a view room that was very lovely. The front desk and bellhop were very nice and good service. Including room service was prompt and nice. Rooms were clean and cleaned each day. They were very nice on holding our luggage. We enjoyed the pool and the high tea at the hotel. Great location for us to walk everywhere in Victoria "

"The room was large, well appointed and very quiet. There were a lot of small touches that overall made the stay very pleasant. Small things included having near instant hot water at the bath, reliable internet service and very competent staff. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat."
