"This property was over priced, nonaccessible, and outdated. Pool water was dirty , sauna wasn't working , and our view was of an unusable courtyard half obscured by a partial roof .Downtown Halifax was an adventure in every direction, and the pedway was outstanding but this hotel was a disapointment. BE AWARE Using epedia for our booking it was suppose to be $380 which was over priced to begin with but when we arrived we were told it was $480 and another $30 for parking 10 minutes away on foot,(my wife and I are disabled) and had no way to make alternative plans for my family at this point. Would never visit those hotel again. "

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfrint in Vancouver. Our room was spacious and clean. There were a few minor issues like a dresser drawer being misaligned, but nothing that ruined our experience. The staff at the hotel are amazing. Everyone one was friendly and welcoming to us, from the bartenders, front desk staff, bellmen, etc. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Vancouver."

The bed was excellent, and the hot water supply was reliable. What truly stood out was the attentive and friendly staff, who made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience."
