Nice, conveniently located hotel, very reasonable facilities, clean and well maintained. Service was impeccable (as it almost always is, in Japan). The best thing was the location, in the quiet Otemachi financial district area, but so close to a subway station, to Tokyo main train station and to the Royal Palace gardens (great for a stroll or a morning run). We would definitely go back as this was a well priced, reasonable base for our first time exploration of Tokyo.

I had a great stay here! Everything is so clean and the amenities were great. What really struck me was the staff. There were always lots of staff available to assist, and everyone was so friendly. From the moment I arrived to the property, on my short walk to the front desk, at least four staff members smiled and nodded at me and were able to point me in the right direction. Once I was checked in, someone even walked me to the elevator and called it for me. Such a warm and frictionless reception. I hope this team is well looked after because they are doing a fabulous job making guests feel welcome.

The property was amazing. Only thing I can say is the echo in the suites of slamming doors from other rooms. The doors to the suites ideally should have a slow closing mechanism to avoid the constant slams.
