"I am a frequent Margarittaville stayer....this had all the feel of one, but not the FLUFF. One can tell it was an older hotel redone. The breakfast was over priced at $29, it was all you can eat, but its breakfast. All the workers were amazing especially the bartenders at the Chill bar. I would stay here again, but i guess i was expecting more of a spread out resort feel. I came the week before Memorial Weekend....so a lot was "closed". But it would be over priced at the summer rates i saw....

"Although a frequent traveler to San Francisco, this was my first stay at the Grand Hyatt, and I wasn't disappointed. From check-in to check-out my stay was very nice. Friendly customer service, comfortable room and clean throughout the property. Cool on-site lounge/cocktail bar, although I wish the roof were accessible to guests w/ a bar up there, too. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170.
