"This property is amazingly renovated and new. They did a beautiful job. Comfortable, modern and clean. It’s also sooooo quiet.
The attached restaurant is good food and reasonably priced. This is the best hotel in the Lompoc area. "
"Very friendly check in; dog supported with treats and a water bowl provided; easy access to the shops and restaurants; fun interior decorating; overall lovely stay."
"Staff is amazing. The grounds are beautiful. Fire pits, individual hammocks in front of your room, bocce ball pit, and a nice warm swimming pool with beautiful chairs and umbrellas. Shout out to Ricky and Michael for making our stay so great"

Don't forget, the main season to go is Summer--most activities are available. Other times are spring and even fall. Winter has limited activities and shorter shop/restaurant hrs. Don't get me wrong, it's still worth going--just colder & less crowds.

This town feels like stepping into a fairytale. Tons of shops and dining. Nothing stays open too late so it's perfect for families. Just two miles away from Ostrichland which is a nice day trip to feed ostriches. Great for a short visit.

At Christmas it turns into a fabulous light show. Osteria Grappolo is a wonderful restaurant. Pickett Fences is a fun boutique for home decor and gifts. Unfortunately, many of the nice little shops have turned into wine tasting rooms.

Be sure to take a walk around the town. We visited the Hans Christian Andersen Museum (small and free), ate breakfast at a local diner, got chocolates at Ingebohr's, nd bought souvenirs at Rasmussen's gift shop. All highly recommended!

Solvang is one of our go-to mini vacation spots. We always have such a great time visiting the shops and restaurants. And the wine tasting is awesome too! Just a 3 hour drive from home and we are in the most adorable little town.

Solvang is one of our favorite places to visit for a charming getaway with lots of baked goods. Be aware that most places close around 5pm- even restaurants, so plan accordingly for dinner if you're staying overnight.

Lots of shops and restaurants. Very busy on the weekends, recommend booking dinner reservations. Interesting history. We took a food tour that offered lots of great food and local trivia.

I love this sleepy little town. The town is very clean, safe, walkable, and good wine tasting. Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, and Buelton are a few minutes away.

We come to Solvang a few times each year for wine tasting, shopping and good breakfast! We love the peacefulness and relaxation in wine country.
"We were here for the July 4th weekend. From the front of our hotel we could enjoy the amazing all American parade and at night enjoy the fireworks in the distance without hassling with crowds.
We enjoyed the wine social hour and the outdoor fireplaces. The room was on the small side but clean, comfortable, and quiet.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Solvagn is like a trip to Denmark, be sure to enjoy the danish cuisine, chocolate, and pastries. Danish sausage is mild a flavorful and offered at every meal.
A walk around town is like a trip to Europe coupled with the usual American commercialism. Great shops. "
