"I was disappointed with my stay overall. The staff did not seem very friendly or attentive during my visit. After staying for 4 days, I requested to have my room cleaned, but it appeared that the message was never communicated or followed up on. I had expected much better service considering the amount I paid for the stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards or level of hospitality that the company advertises. Better communication, customer service, and attention to guest requests would greatly improve the experience for future guests."

"When I checked into my room. . It was a suite king bed and a sofa sleeper. Bathroom lock was broken missing a remote. Phone line was cut. And main blind wasn’t working. When I checked into an older white lady was very helpful. Said she would get sheets blanket for the sofa sleeper let and a remote(which was missing) later that night I came back to the hotel there was a heavy set woman with short hair. No smile seemed like she didn’t want to help .when I asked for pillows she said she had none. Also told her about blinds . Next day before checking out I noticed only 2 towels . Had 4 total in my room. New lady I. Front was taking forever . So I just called she said I would need to go downstairs to grab these items . I said forget it. Won’t be staying g here again!!"

"I don’t like the new shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers. They only work half the time and are empty the other half. What ever that loud banging was in the exterior walls needs to be addressed. Hard to sleep through that all night. Bed was comfy and rooms were very clean and spacious."

"The pictures are obviously really flattering to the property but it isn't super luxurious as it leads you to believe. That picture of the fire pit and seating is pretty much the entire seating area in the front of the hotel. The parking lot is just to the right. Dont get me wrong it's not bad. It seems like its an old hotel that's been totally renovated. You will get a clean place to stay with a 24/7 gym. Breakfast was okay. make your own waffles and a vat of scrambled eggs and bacon. cereal too. I'd stay there again because it was clean and a decent price. I was there for an event so I wasn't there much."
