"Beautiful ammeneties with fantastic staff members who were always so attentive and helpful, they really portrayed professionalism Only caveat of this location is that getting around hakone from this spot can be expensive by taxi or otherwise fairly time consuming as it is farther up the mountain That said they offer a great shuttle service we were very grateful for A very enjoyable stay!"

"We had a long travel day the day prior so having our own private onsen to relax in along with the traditional meals was a lovely way to start our tour of this beautiful country."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location can’t be better: near the main shopping/restaurants in the area and the train station. Happy we stayed here rather than up in Gora, which would have made travel and food more difficult. We got a private bath, which we enjoyed. We also splurged on the kaiseiki meal, which we enjoyed immensely. Breakfast was also very good: more western options than we expected. We had the updated Japanese/Western room and thought it was luxurious. I’ve seen others complain thing were worn and old-fashioned but we didn’t really find that the case. Highly recommended "

"When I booked the place, it said I wouldn’t get a view of Mt. Fuji. When we arrived, we were in awe! The room we got had an amazing view of the mountain and hakone shrine. The only thing that we had an issue with was checking in. We had the online check in and had to do the check in on the tablet in the stay. We had trouble finishing the check in process due to the video call, but checking out was very easy! "

"Amazing accommodation!! This place exceeded our expectations!! It was very spacious and had so many amenities. The foot bath and onsen style bath were fantastic especially with the cold weather we experienced. They had a tv and projector too. The location was super close to the train station too- bit difficult to walk along the busy windy main road but all in all great place. We definitely plan on returning"

"With top notch experience options for dining, massage booking options, and private onsens, it doesn't get much better than this wonderful location. There isn't a spectacular view, but it is decent, and the room, and how they treat you, is astounding. From an awesome lobby and common areas, to a spacious room and incredible experience, this is a place I would love to return to."
