"Fancy"

"Unprofessional and rude staff. Short and crass and unhelpful. Room was dirty and had clothes from previous user. Unable to report as staff have access to room and personal belongings and did not trust them. Extreme quality diminishment. I would have rather camped."

"Great location"

"Diner was excellent. In between the redwoods was the best experience. Little store on the property was a good convenience. I recommend the stay here."

"Everything was just fine but the air conditioner squealed each time it came on. I did not report it until the morning but the staff apologized and noted my concern for maintenance."

"We had a great time at this location. My family and I ( 2 adults, 2 kids under 5 ) all loved the cabin we stayed in. It felt cozy in a way that hotels don't. We loved walking around all the natural area nearby and we got to see so many different species of birds and other critters. They had an activities area where you could play tetherball and badminton and even throw a horseshoe. Our favorite was the communal campfire there we met many people and had great long talks into the night. Can't wait...

"The room was very clean, the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the west facing balcony was awesome! We were happily surprised with the Carousel Inn!"
