"Stayed there for a week . Hotel is in an upscale Roma Norte . It feels very safe in the neighbourhood and is very close to the metro bus station which can take you anywhere to the city with easy connections to the metro . The hotel looks pretty updated and room is clean and the housekeeping lady was helpful and did a very good job. If the hotel room had air conditioning , it would be perfect . Fortunately there is a fan in the room , that helps a lot given the hot weather in May . Front desk...

"Hotel is in Centro Histórico which is a very busy and populated area. Once inside the hotel it is very quiet. The breakfast buffet they offer daily is good with variety of options. The staff of the buffet is excellent. The restaurant is good too. The rooms are very clean and spacious . Free private parking garage which is a blessing because there’s barely parking in the neighborhood. We very much appreciated the free snacks (cookies , chips, fruit, peanuts) that are in the lobby. "Amazing location! And very friendly staff. It was getting hot so it wasn’t ideal that they didn’t have AC (we did see them install new ACs in some rooms when we were checking out so check with them). Good thing is that the place is quiet and not full when we were there so we were able to open our door when we’re up to let the cool air in. Beds are very firm. I’d stay here again tho if just for the location."
