The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful by suggesting a tour place to go to Teotihuacán. The guys who great us at the door helped us get a taxi with a fair fee. The hotel is near a lot of little shops and walking distance from Palacio Bellas Artes and Zocalo!

Overall pretty good, staff very friendly and helpful, also they have their own taxi service to go to the airport which was a plus to avoid scammers in the streets from taxis the hotel already have a flat rate depending to which location you need to go. Very good overall for sure!

I really loved this hotel clean premises helpful stuff everything great you just gotta be careful when ordering Uber transportation because due to the street not being accessible by vehicle it sends your location a few blocks down the street but other than it's an excelente hotel
